Customized Online Training

Get an individualized training and nutrition program, personal consultation, and ongoing coaching based on your current level of experience and fitness goals. We’d start with an evaluation of your current fitness level and goals, day-to-day diet, current physical state, past and present workout/fitness programs, areas desired to improve (either physically or for sports performance) as well as your available equipment and time options.

I’d work with you personally to set you up for success in a safe, healthy, and effective way (no cookie-cutter programming!)  You would get an initial training and nutrition program with a consultation (via phone, Skype, or FaceTime).  Then, we would do weekly check-ins to monitor your progress and make adjustments to your program as needed.  Any and all needed diet and training changes would of course be included.  Plus you would get free access to my Physique Improvement Course and the new multi-media version of my book: The Diet That Works 2nd Edition!

I have spent decades training clients both in the gym and in-person from complete beginners to advanced and professional athletes and competitors.  Helping people get results in a safe and effective manner has always been my focus (My Bio).  This is not a “lose it quick then gain it all back” program.  This is your chance to really learn how your body works and to permanently take your fitness to the next level and beyond, and be able to keep it there.  Location is not an issue as I have worked with clients in Canada, Australia, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, Hawaii, and all across the continental US.
